
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes are full-body mat Pilates style.
We work on the mat with small Pilates equipment. The focus of these classes is to teach functional movement while strengthening the stabilizers of the body.
We are power-based Pilates, so come ready to burn!
Tuesday and Thursday classes are circuit-style/HIIT workouts (workout shoes needed).
We highly recommend attending an MWF before you try circuit.
